In-Person Trainings

Guidelight collaborates with churches and other organizations, assisting them in developing and enhancing their disability ministries to ensure the long-term care of families experiencing disability.

Guidelight offers comprehensive day-long disability ministry trainings for churches interested in initiating their own disability ministry or strengthening existing programs in Sunday School, youth groups, and adult ministries to enhance inclusivity for members with disabilities. These trainings cater to both church staff and volunteers, providing tangible strategies and tools for ministering to individuals with disabilities and their families.

The trainings incorporate videos, teachings, and interactive exercises covering topics such as disability and the Gospel, the appropriate mindset when approaching disability, disability-specific material, and research-based instructional strategies for effective ministries.

For those interested in bringing Guidelight training to their church or organization, we invite you to email us to begin exploring the possibilities.
